Beef Brisket Eggs Benedict with Homemade Holandaise sauce and potatoes      $15.0

Grilled Filet of Beef with a caramelized onion and port sauce, accompanied

Crab and Shrimp Linguine Piccata, sautéed crab in a lemon, garlic and cape white wine and stock reduction and locatelli.                                                                                                         

Pan-Seared, Hemp Seed Crusted Salmon with an achiote rub and served with chef’choice of  vegetables and potatoes   


Eggplant Lasagna, a mornay sauced, layered eggplant with grilled vegetable  four cheeses and served with garlic bread.                              

Chicken Salad served with honeyed walnuts, gala apples, crustinis and

 a small mixed green salad.    

Crab and Goat Cheese and Spinach Omelet with potatoes   $13.0                                                    


Sandwiches and Such

Grilled Cheeseburger, 10 ounce seasoned angus beef with cabot cheddar, bacon, wild mushrooms, served on sesame seed bun.   $13.00                                   

Cheese Steak. 10 ounce of Pan-seared filet tips, caramelized onions, and clearfield american

 or cabot cheddar        $15.00                                                          

Grilled Cheeseburger, 5 ounce seasoned angus beef with cabot cheddar on a sesame seed bun, with lettuce, tomato, and raw onion.  

Monte Cristo, battered dipped, black forest ham and gruyere on brioche,

 accompanied  with dipping sauce.


Chicken Salad Wrap, with bacon, romaine, and roasted tomatoes.      

Eggs and Omelets are also available at lunch.


 A glass fee of $1.00 will be added to your bill (wine glasses etc.)
